Day 5- Gila Trail!

This trail is quite long but many people will hike just sections of it. I like to take the trail head across from Winchester Hills and hike towards town. The first part is not that exciting; packed dirt, sand and sage brush. But hold on to your shorts as the trail becomes slick rock with scrambles, twists and climbs. Fun for trail running!

Day 4- Sears Art Museum Gallery!

The gallery is in the Eccles Fine Art Center at the Dixie State College. Exhibits change regularly so check web site. Hours are m-f 9-5. The gallery is not huge but has really interesting exhibits. What is even better than the art is admission is FREE!  yeah baby...

Day 3- Cappellettis!

At Cappellettis the weekend special is always "sea bass and something". The sea bass comes in fresh Thursday nights and these people know how to cook it! This week the special was Sea bass with hand made Raviolis. The fish was amazing as always but the sauce and ravioli filling was a little mild for my taste. I like food to have a mule kick to it. For dessert have the flour less chocolate cake. Fudgy, dense and CHOCOLATE!

Day 2- Yoga!

There are several types of yoga to pick from. Vinyasa-spiritual/chant, Hathat-medium speed/poses, Power-fast/poses, Hot-high temperature & humidity. Decided not to do a picture of Hot as everyone would of been sweaty and stinky. No fun for the photographer and no fun for the viewer! Most studios also offer free or $1 trial class if you want to take yoga for a test run.

Day 1- Pedicure!

St George has a plethera of spas! If your just kinda, maybe, sorta broke you can go to one of the four hair colleges in town and get pampered for less. My feet are SCARY. The girl might be smiling but i know deep down  she's thinking "dang, I need an electric sander!"
